Allergist in Voronezh, Russia — English-speaking allergy clinic Arvis

Arvis is a clinic in Voronezh dedicated solely to allergy and clinical immunology. We see adults and children, look for the cause of the reaction instead of muting the symptoms, and use laboratory methods whose reports are read by allergists worldwide.

Why patients come to Arvis

We also do not prescribe “just in case”. Which tests you actually need is decided at the consultation, after the history and the examination — not from a list on a website.

Care in your language

Some of our allergists consult in English. They are not on duty every day, so please tell us in advance. Write on WhatsApp or to info@arvisclinic.ru, say that you need an English-speaking doctor and give two or three convenient dates — we will confirm a slot with a doctor who speaks English. If your case needs a full medical interpreter, we will tell you honestly rather than let you find out at the door.

We also have a member of staff who communicates in sign language, so deaf and hard-of-hearing patients can be seen without bringing an interpreter. As with English, please arrange it in advance.

Diagnostics your doctor at home will understand

This matters most if you plan to return to your country or move on. We work with internationally standardised platforms, so your report is not a local document that nobody abroad can read.

Your results come as a printed report and a PDF stating the method, the units and the reference ranges, so an allergist in another country can interpret them without repeating the tests. Ask us at the visit if you need the report in English.

What we treat

  • Hay fever and year-round rhinitis, itchy eyes, blocked nose
  • Asthma and cough triggered by exercise, cold air or pollen
  • Urticaria, eczema, atopic dermatitis, angioedema
  • Food allergy and oral allergy syndrome, cross-reactions with pollen
  • Drug allergy — including finding out which medication is safe for you
  • Reactions to wasp and bee stings
  • Recurrent infections and other clinical immunology questions

Other specialties at Arvis

Allergy is our core, but the clinic also runs neighbouring specialties — useful when a skin rash, a cough or a stomach problem turns out not to be allergic after all. The same rule applies: tell us in advance if you need the consultation in English.

  • Dermatovenereology — eczema, rashes, chronic itching, dermatoscopy, punch skin biopsy with histology. Dermatology at Arvis
  • Pulmonology — chronic cough, shortness of breath, asthma, spirometry with a bronchodilator test. Pulmonology at Arvis
  • Clinical immunology — recurrent infections, immune status assessment. Immunology at Arvis
  • Gastroenterology — food intolerance, gut symptoms that look like food allergy. Gastroenterology at Arvis

Before you come

Do I need to speak Russian?
Not for the consultation itself, provided you arranged an English-speaking doctor in advance. Reception staff work in Russian, so writing to us on WhatsApp or by email first is the easiest route.
What should I bring?
A passport, and any previous allergy results even if they are in your own language — allergen codes and units are international.
How do I pay?
Russian bank cards and cash. Cards issued outside Russia do not work here, so please plan for cash.
Can I be tested during pollen season?
Blood tests — yes, any day, including at the height of the season. Skin prick tests are postponed until the season ends and antihistamines are stopped.
Will the results be valid in my country?
ImmunoCAP and ALEX are used worldwide and the report states the method, units and reference values, so your doctor at home reads it as a standard laboratory result.
How long does it take to get results?
Single IgE tests a few working days; the large molecular panels up to two weeks. We send them electronically as soon as the laboratory releases them.
